Terms and conditions

DELIVERY  Standard delivery £6.95 for mainland UK and Channel Islands within 2-4 working days.

We are a small business and all the packing and posting is done in-house. If you need something delivered in time for a particular date please put this information in the  Order Notes box on the Checkout page.

We will always try to assist with next day delivery if we can but please telephone us on 01435 883136 before 12 noon on the day you place your order to check that one of us is available to organise a next day delivery despatch.

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. If however you wish to return something please telephone or email us on receipt to let us know and return the item(s) to us in their original packaging within seven working days.  We do not pay for returns postage unless the goods were faulty or broken. Please note this policy does not apply to places bought on our workshops for which we do not offer returns – see below.

We try to source hand made products, often made in England, using beautiful natural materials. We take delight in variations in size and texture. If something is hand made it is unique and natural materials may contain slight flaws.

We take great care when photographing our products to ensure the colours and textures are clearly represented. With vintage products we will describe or show any minor flaws or faults.

CANCELLATIONS FOR WORKSHOPS

Friends and family are welcome to attend a workshop in your place, provided we have been notified at least two working days before the event begins. You will need to provide us with the name, dietary requirements and contact number of anyone attending in your place.

Otherwise, we regret we are unable to offer refunds on workshops, but can offer transfers to an alternative course date, provided we have been given enough notice (subject to availability):

  • 2-16 weeks’ notice before the workshop starts – We will transfer you to another workshop of the same value. This may not necessarily be the same workshop, and may be held at a different time of year.
  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice before the workshop starts – We regret we cannot offer a transfer.

Should it be necessary for us to rearrange a workshop we will issue a gift voucher and ensure that we rearrange it on a mutually convenient date.

Workshop places bought as gifts carry the same cancellation policy.

 

Privacy
When you make a purchase we need to collect certain information to fulfil your order. We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute this information to any third parties for any purpose. If you have asked to be added to the mailing list for Caroline Zoob’s newsletter we will send you details of new products and any events as they become available; you can request removal from the mailing list at any time by selecting Unsubscribe at the end of each newsletter. Your details will not be disclosed to anybody unless we are required by law to do so or unless you explicitly give us the authority to do so.

Security
All internet payments details are encrypted and secured by using a leading Payments Service Provider (PayPal Pro Hosted); none of your card details are held by me or on my website.
