A stag, worked in long-and-short stitch, ankle deep in Highland snow, near a bare branched tree; this is one of my favourite embroideries and I am re-launching this kit with more instructions and images. You can also download free stitch cards from the home page on the website.  This looks charming in a small, vintage wooden frame propped on a mantelpiece or shelf with winter foliage and a candle, or you could make it into a lavender heart tree decoration.  The stag is nearly 8cm high.
