Stitch Sampler 24th April 2018, Ticehurst, East Sussex
Working on an original and exclusive design, screen printed onto antique linen, and using lovely hand-dyed threads, we will stitch our way through my repertoire of stitches, applying them to several small motifs. I have designed the sampler to incorporate trails of flowers, leaves, a basket of roses and many other little motifs for you to use for practise stitching both at the workshop and later, at home. Eventually, it will be a beautiful journal of your stitching practice which you can keep and frame.
My teaching studio at Ticehurst is at Parsonage Farm. It is light, warm and comfortable and I hope that being surrounded by mood boards, and all of my materials, will make up for the fact it is not a beautiful private home. The fee of £95 reflects this, but nonetheless includes a light lunch, all materials, coffee, tea and home made cake on demand!
Ticehurst is a 40 minute drive from Junction 5 on the M25 (Chevening Interchange). The workshop starts at 10 am with morning coffee and finishes with afternoon tea at 4.30. When we receive your booking you will be sent details of how to get to the venue, as well as a short list of useful equipment to bring (scissors, needles, etc if you have them).
10.00 for 10.15 am – 4.30pm. Parsonage Farm, Ticehurst, East Sussex
Please note, the shipping fee of £6.95 will be refunded as soon as I spot your booking: my website cannot allocate different shipping levels to different products.
