Update for US customers
14 October 2025
I am delighted to announce that my new Royal Mail Account will finally be going live this week and the new issue of The Stitcher’s Journal and all outstanding order to the US will be sent out over the next week once the integration with the website is complete.
US customers may be assured that they will not be charged any duity at delivery. I am absorbing the tariff increases but there will now be a separate shipping charge for US orders. For now, none of the available non-postal services offer the Large Letter service we have hitherto used for our orders and the Journals.
Some of the prices will actually go down slightly, but the shipping will be charged at cost.
If I can ask for just a couple of days patience while we integrate the website, then it will be fine for US customers to place orders and we will fulfill them as soon as possible.
It has been a really stressful time dealing with this, but we are on the home strait and your patience is hugely appreciated.
