With thanks to Son de Flor for the initial inspiration. Gathering foliage to make a wreath is one of my favourite winter moments, but with crisp snow crunching beneath my boots and wearing such a coat, the shape of which only @sonderflor would dream up – that is where fantasy meets stitch! With simple stitches and full instructions, the girl is about 19cm square and is printed on a generous piece of antique French linen. She would be lovely framed, or perhaps made into a decorative hanging or even incorporated into a stocking with jolly red ticking cuff, heel and toes – the way that a customer used The Christmas Fireside kit.
